These terms are the agreement between you and DESQY (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), the company that operates Drazen at drazen.ai and app.drazen.ai. By creating an account or using Drazen, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose.
Drazen is comment-to-DM automation for Instagram. You connect a professional Instagram account (business or creator), pick a post, set a keyword or catch every comment, and write the DM. When someone comments, Drazen sends that commenter your DM through Instagram's official private-reply feature, and, if you switch it on, posts a public reply under their comment. Drazen never creates posts, never touches your content, and only ever messages people who commented on a post you chose.
Instagram applies its own messaging rules and rate limits, and we apply technical safety limits of our own to keep delivery reliable and the platform happy for everyone. These limits sit far above any normal use. If an automation is affected by one, the DM log on your dashboard says so.
Drazen depends on Instagram's API, and Instagram sometimes changes, delays or drops events. We do not promise every comment will be caught or every DM will be delivered, and we do not guarantee outcomes such as followers, leads or sales. Drazen is provided as is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your Instagram account, your content, your audience and your data are yours. Drazen itself, its software, brand and everything that powers it, stays ours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost followers or lost data, or for actions Instagram takes on your account.
You can stop using Drazen, disconnect your accounts and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever have to retire the service or materially change it, we will give you reasonable notice, and your Instagram access remains yours to revoke.
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. For significant changes we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Drazen after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes belong to the courts of Dubai.
