These terms are the agreement between you and DESQY (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), the company that operates Drazen at drazen.ai and app.drazen.ai. By creating an account or using Drazen, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose.
Drazen audits your websites for SEO problems, writes fixes for them, and keeps watching your sites so it can catch regressions after you ship. Fixes are delivered as pull requests to a connected GitHub repository, or as instructions you hand to your own coding tools. Nothing changes on your site unless you approve it.
Only add sites and connect repositories that you own or have permission to work on. You are responsible for reviewing every fix before you approve or merge it. Drazen proposes changes, you decide what ships.
Billing is handled by Stripe. The Full Fix is charged once; the Watchdog renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your card statement will show DESQY* DRAZEN. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you.
You can cancel any time from the app, no emails or phone calls needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. Payments already made are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If we ever get a charge materially wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
Be sceptical of anyone in SEO who promises rankings. We are not that. Drazen fixes real technical problems and keeps them fixed, but search engines rank sites how they choose, and results depend on your content, your market and things outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
Drazen is provided as is. We work hard to keep it fast, accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your sites, your code and your content are yours, including the fixes Drazen writes for your sites once delivered to you. Drazen itself, its software, brand and everything that powers it, stays ours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost rankings.
You can stop using Drazen and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may retire the service or features with reasonable notice to paying customers.
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. For significant changes we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Drazen after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes belong to the courts of Dubai.
